After the load-bearing PTZ equipment is powered on, the self-check is abnormal.

The power supply voltage of the power adapter used is insufficient/replace the power adapter to increase the output voltage; the smart load-bearing PTZ is shipped without a power adapter by default. Before use, you should select a suitable PTZ-specific power adapter according to actual needs. Please refer to the calculation for selecting the PTZ power adapter. The formula is as follows:

Power adapter output power = (maximum power of the load-bearing PTZ itself + maximum power of the load device intended to be integrated) * 1.2

Note: Reserve 20% as redundancy.
