Basic instructions of PelcoD PTZ protocol

A. Top: FF add 00 08 00 data2 sum

     Among them, data2 represents the upward movement speed level, which can be 0x00-0x3F.

  B. Next: FF add 00 10 00 data2 sum

     Data2 represents the downward movement speed level, which can be 0x00-0x3F.

  C. Left: FF add 00 04 data1 00 sum

     Among them, data1 represents the left movement speed level, which can be 0x00-0x3F.

  D. Right: FF add 00 02 data1 00 sum

     Among them, data1 represents the rightward movement speed level, which can be 0x00-0x3F.
